Parking for Rent
Hagan Realty, Inc. has parking spots near campus for rent. You do not have to be a Hagan Realty tenant to rent these spots, however, HRI tenants will have first right to rent the spot until the designated deadline.
Our spots are located in the alley adjacent to 447 Charles (off Elizabeth between Charles and M.A.C.), in the alley behind 520-24 Grove (between Elizabeth and Beech), behind 413 Hillcrest (Hillcrest & Oakhill), & across from The HUB (Grand River & Durand)
Please note:
- Hagan Realty will not plow/shovel these spots.
- You will be responsible for "policing" your spot with regards to ticketing and towing.
- Spots will be numbered. Please park only in the spot you have paid for, there is a limited amount of space. Please inform us if multiple cars will be sharing a spot.
- Once you have paid you will be issued a receipt to keep in your vehicle at all times. This will act as proof that it is in fact your spot in case you need to ticket or tow.
- If you do choose to tow someone, you must ticket them first. In order to ticket someone, you need to contact the non-emergency Police line at 517-351-4220.
- The towing company is H&H Mobil; their number is 517-332-6335.
