Leasing for '27-28 started October 2nd

All remaining properties are available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you have questions about a property and it's availability, please contact us by phone or email. We're happy to setup tours for all remaining properties, however, if you're interested in a house, the fastest way to see it is still knocking on the door at a reasonable time & asking the current tenants for a tour.

If you have seen a property and you and your group are prepared to move forward (this means you're ready to sign & make the required payment w/ in 24 hours) with a lease signing; email us at info@hrirentals.com. 
In your email include the name, phone number, & email address for each of your group members, along with the property you are interested in renting.  If the property is still available at the time of your email, we will contact you to confirm. **Just emailing us does not secure the property**


Current Tenants:
​Your lease addendum requires you to rake your leaves by November 8th, 2026. Your entire lot needs to be raked including the front, back, side & parking areas. Leaves should be raked to the curb where the City will pick them up. You may need to rake multiple times if additional leaves fall, both before & after November 8th. On Monday, November 9th, we will begin raking any yards that have not completed the raking & you will be charged for any leaf removal needed at the property. If you need a rake, contact our office during regular business hours to arrange a pickup time.

DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR FURNACE.  
We understand many of you will go home for holiday breaks & you want to save money by turning off your furnace. It is imperative you not turn off the furnace. Doing so will lead to frozen pipes & significant water damage, which you will be responsible for.  You may turn down your heat, but do not turn it off.


Parking for '26-27:
​We still have parking at Charles/Elizabeth for '26-27.  All spots near The HUB have been rented.
