Available Housing
Leasing for 2027-28 will begin in early October. Current tenants will have the first opportunity to re-sign their existing property prior to our 1st day of leasing, therefore, the list you see under Available Housing will change between now and our 1st day. As you can see, the current list has no pricing. This, along with tons of other leasing info, and of course the date of our 1st day, will be added over the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, please use the property list as a reference for compiling options your group may be interested. We also recommend looking over our lease; specifically discussing that rent is collected 3 times per year.
Move In Reminders:
Be sure all utilities are in a tenant's name as of the day you moved in. If you have not done so, please contact them and ask them to "back bill" your service to the day you moved in.
Any utility not in a tenant's name is subject to automatic shutoff.
Board of Water & Light (BWL) is your electric company. Their number is 517-702-6006.
Consumers Energy is your gas company. Their number is 800-477-5050.
City of East Lansing Water; you don't need to contact them, we have placed this in your name already.
Deposits:
Damage deposit refunds, along with an itemized list of deductions, are sent to the forwarding address within 30 days from the end of your lease. Once received, please contact us with any questions.
Parking for '26-27:
We still have parking near Charles/Elizabeth for the '26-27. Contact us if you're interested & we'll provide instructions on how to proceed. All spots near The HUB have been rented.
