We are currently full for the 2026-27 leasing period. 
​Thank you to everyone who came out to our 1st day of leasing.  We realize this is an exciting, but stressful time for everyone; we appreciate your patience & understanding.  While everyone may not have gotten a property, we hope you know our goal was to make the process as fair as possible.  We also realize there are many options to choose from for housing in East Lansing, so we want to thank you for choosing Hagan Realty, Inc.  If you did not get a property this year, we hope you will consider us again next year.

Still looking?  Occasionally a group backs out or we add a property we've recently purchased.  
If either happens, the property will be posted under the Available Housing link below and it will be available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.


2026-27 Tenants:
If you signed a lease you would have put down an amount equal to 1 month's rent at signing. This money goes toward your security deposit/cleaning fee total, however, the remaining balance is due on 1-15-26.  We encourage you to set a reminder to make the additional payment.  Please see your lease to confirm the amount your property will owe.


​Current Tenants:
The weather is getting colder.  If you haven't already, now is a good time to remove any A/C units you may have installed.
If you removed a screen, be sure to re-install it to avoid being charged for a new one during your housing inspection and/or at the end of the lease when our screen & glass comes through.
​Also, a reminder that all yards need to be raked by 11-9-25 in order to avoid being charged for us having to rake them.  If you need a rake please contact us; they can be picked up from our office.
