​May Tenants (Outgoing):
If you just moved out, you would have received an email from us requesting a forwarding address for your deposit refund.  Assuming you provided an address, you can expect a deposit refund check along with an itemized list of any deductions.  We mail these out 30 days from the end of your lease.  Keep in mind, we only provide 1 check to be divided accordingly.  If you have questions once you receive it, we encourage you to contact us.

May Tenants (Incoming):
The official May move in date was Sunday, May 10th.  If your group has not made arrangements to pick up keys, please contact us.  Remember, your first rent installment must be paid in full prior to move in.  If you do not plan to move in right away, rent is was still due May 10th.

August Tenants:
Move out is still a few months away, however, we understand many of you will not be around much during the summer & may even move out completely in advance of your official move out date.  If this is the case, be sure to take precautions like leaving an exterior light on, taking valuables homes, and of course making sure all doors are locked.  If you need a bedroom lock we can install one for $20. 

Parking for '26-27:
​We rent parking spots near Grand River & Bogue (The HUB), & Charles.  HRI tenants, as well as current lessees of a spot had the 1st right to lease/renew their spot, however, all remaining spots are now available to the public on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
