Our Available Housing list is updated regularly in order to provide you with the most accurate availability.
When looking at the list, you'll notice "APPT" in the rent column on certain properties; that means a lease has been sent out for that property. The prospective tenants will have 24 hours to complete the lease signing. If the lease falls through, the price will be put back on the list. If the lease is completed, it will be removed.

The City of East Lansing has updated their website w/ regards to the trash/recycling process. We have a lot of issues with incorrect items being put in the recycling container as well as tenants not following the proper procedure when disposing of large items. Go to www.cityofeastlansing.com/recycle for help with this process.
Now under new ownership & management. The building recently received many updates; including but not limited to, all new bathrooms, updated kitchens, water proofing, new roof, plumbing & electrical improvements, as well as the addition of several washer/dryer units
Current tenant cold weather reminders:
DO NOT turn off your furnace, or turn it to the lowest temperature setting, under any circumstances.
Window A/C units should be removed & storm windows (if applicable) should be placed in the down position.
No mopeds or other gas power items may be stored inside your house or apartment.
August to August leases; your next rent payment is due December 1st. May leases, rent is due January 1st.
