Move In:​
As move in approaches, we will post the HOUSE STATUS page.  This page indicates whether a property has been painted, cleaned, etc. and is updated daily throughout the change over process.  If you notice your property is completed, you may contact us and make arrangements to pick up keys.  Only 1 person is needed at key pick up; they'll receive all keys.  Keep in mind, the 1st rent installment must be paid in order to get keys. Office hours for key pick up will be posted as we get closer to move in.

Utilities:
All applicable utilities must be in the tenants name for the entire lease period.  Board of Water & Light is the electric company, their number is (517)702-6006.  Consumers Energy is the gas company, their number is (800)477-5050. The City of East Lansing is the water/sewage provider, however, you do not need to contact them, we put the bill in your name for you.  The water bill will be sent to your property every 3 months.  

Security Deposit:
Prior to move out, please email us a forwarding address for where you'd like the deposit refund sent.  Keep in mind, we only mail 1 check for the group, so discuss this with your roommates and determine who that person will be.  Checks, along with an itemized list of damages, are mailed within 30 days from the end of your lease.
