Leasing for '25-26 began: Friday, October 4th @ 1pm
See the Available Housing link for the most up to date list of properties. Please keep in mind our current tenants had the ability to re-sign prior to our 1st day of leasing event. After our 1st day, all properties are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
Most properties, especially houses, rent either on the 1st day or within a few days. However, we will continue to update the list until every property is rented so you have the most up to date list when searching.
While unlikely, we do recommend checking back even if a property says "APPT" and a lease has been sent. Occasionally groups do back out. If this happens, the price will be put back in the rent column.

Current Tenants:
If you installed a window A/C unit, you should consider removing it. Leaving your A/C unit installed during the cold weather will lead to heat loss and higher utility bills. If not sealed properly, animals and/or bugs can also get it. Once removed, be sure to put your screen back in the window. Missing screens are a common charge on security deposits.
Bedroom Locks:
If you would like a lock on your bedroom contact us to make arrangements. Each lock is $20. Prior to contacting us, talk with your roommates to determine how many total locks you'd like and whether you'd like any of them to be matching. We encourage matching locks to prevent lock outs.
